Members rallied around someone struggling with worsening restless leg syndrome, emphasizing that it's a real medical condition worth seeing a doctor about without any embarrassment. Several members found relief through prescription medications like Ropinirole and Cymbalta, while others swore by natural remedies including magnesium supplements or lotion, bananas throughout the day, Epsom salt baths, and even a bar of soap near the feet. A recurring theme was the discovery that low iron levels can worsen RLS, with one member sharing how iron infusion therapy completely eliminated their symptoms for nearly a year.

You are not alone...try more magnesium vitamin. It helps some what...I eat a bananna...that helps me. Plus try rotating the ankle push in on ankle and rotate with other hand the toes. Remember push in on heel while rotating. Good luck I hope it works for you as it does for me...

Magnesium helps I think and I take ropinerole. Ask for help. If you don't sleep well your pain is much worse

I have rls on top of other issues with the fibromyalgia, my dr put me on a med for the rls, but it doesn't help as much as I would like, I have found that eating bananas throughout the day keeps my legs from hurting, and the electric feeling down, hope this helps.

My friend has it and her Dr put her on a med for it so I would definately see if that is what it is and get medicated for it.
