I rarely get migraines anymore. I’ve had my piercing for + 7

I did both ears about two years ago for migraine headaches. I would say it has helped me at least 80%.
When I do get a migraine they are not as bad as they used to be.

I so wanted it to help with my pai I got both ears done. Didn't make a difference for me, but I do like how they look, just wish they helped with my pain.

i had bilateral daith piercings done were I used to finish a bottle of menograine in a month I no longer have any problems of that sort migraine free

same here don't even have migraines now 🙂💕

Does it matter which ear?

I did for migraines. My migraines were only here and there but they were coming more often here lately. I've read that it could take a couple of years to help but mine seem to help immediately. When I feel like I could be building up for migraine it never gets past that little tingling feeling I get. I am very pleased with having the daith piercing!!

I had a daith piercing done and it helped my migraines for about 8 months. It dramatically reduced them. I’ve had to go to other treatments unfortunately but I definitely think it’s worth a try. Many people get much longer relief. I may have a CSF leak that is the cause of my headaches. Getting that checked.

I’ve had my daith piercing for 2 1/2 years now and they helped with my migraines for about 1 1/2 years, unfortunately after that my migraines came back so now I give myself injections once a month.
