I went gluten free ages ago and took a while but the benefits now are well worth it. Just take emeprazole to help with digestion and reflux. But really reduced bloating, indigestion, pains.

I have had tummy and bowel issues for many years now. I was sent to a bowel specialist several years ago because I bleed sometimes when I am having issues but there wasn't anything else drastically wrong - it is a bit of a balancing act trying to eat the right things, move enough, drink enough water etc to help keep my stomach & bowels working as well as possible

I have issues with feeling tight, feeling and looking
8 months pregnant swelling, pain,I got a CT scan Thursday that showed I am extremely backed up, mainly caused from pain pills, that I was taking more often due to extreme back pain, which was being caused by constipation. So I did the flush that ppl do b4 a colonoscopy. I feel better, swelling is down some but immediately released my back pain. Maybe too much info, but hopefully useful πŸ’œ
