I was wondering, for those who deal with the above muscle issues, does yours come and go depending on the day/week? For example, some days I will have no muscle twitching or fasciculations, and then all of a sudden, it will all hit me like a truck and I'll spend days feeling extremely weak, exhausted, and having twitching and fasciculations throughout my whole body.

The past few days have *really* sucked in this respect!

That is a great idea, as weird as this might sound, it gets so much worse right around PMS for example, and of course when I am stressed out or if I get muscle tension from something like being away from home and sleeping on an uncomfortable bed.

keep a diary on what you do, weather, eat,and everything in your day for a week or month. sometimes theres a connection. I hate diarys but I found things where I could work smarter not harder. plan ahead for rest after a hard day. things changes from year to year as you get older, keeping track helps you not think your crazy.

I have muscle spasms when I get tired, and every night. Most days they come and go. I take flexeril before I go to bed for them...gentle hugs
