Hmmm, no clonazapam for that, I'd say. I type a lot and my hands start hurting and shaking, which is of course different. Probably a nerve issue, could also come with nerve fatigue? For mine a neuro had me wear a wrist brace, like for carpal tunnel, at night and during the day as needed. It helped.
When I use my kindle or home computer my left hand twitches and shakes. Try one of those wrist weights. Sometimes it helps.
A lot of fibro women have hypoglycemia and that can cause shaking when your blood sugar drops. If you start to shake try eating cheese and/or eggs and see if this helps.
For twitching, Magnesium Taurate has helped me. You could also take Magnesium Citrate if you have constipation at all and this helps with that and the twitching. I take the Magnesium Taurate every day and the citrate as needed for constipation. My muscle twitching has decreased 70% after this. Good luck
I also have big twitching I for got to ask my doc next time. I 'm hoping to get off some of the drugs which I think will help .
I start twitching when I am low on vitamins. Go to Dr and ask for a blood test to see if you are low.
