@DonnaZegallia Wow! Stop pain pills. I don't think I could do it either! Yes doctors keep saying do more exercise it is kinda OK to walk or do some stretches anything more than and you're in bed for a week
Agreed! The other thing that bothers me; I was writing in my journal last night, I'm the baby of the bunch and I feel like the oldest. We have a function, I have to be sure to take my own car so nobody needs to leave to take me home, I need to bring my drinks or I'm incharge of virgin drinks! I look at the time I took my meds to determine how much shopping is in me before I need to sleep or sit down. Its funny, if me and my daughter go into a store with a dressing and no seat I go outside to sit and she takes shots of the clothes she is trying on!!! Gotta love it. I guys you have to adapt. The most painful thing is not rolling around on the floor with my grand baby. She says grandma let's go check your mailbox. I'm not going in the street. By the time I made it to the door of the car(25 ft) she was on her way back with the mail (another car length and1/2. "Slow down G baby, grandma can't move that fast! ".
@DonnaZegalua I kinda stopped going to neurology, ENT and Rheumotology for a while unless my pcp says anything has changed in my levels or rheumatologist calls with a "I have something I need to talk to you about" routine visits were becoming expensive and I was going to pain management for a year. No! By now I could have been the 6 million dollar woman all this money I'm giving these people.
Lyrica us highly mentioned but not covered my medicare or Medicaid I had to pay nearly $300 for a month now I can't afford it, nothing else works and things that will medical won't pay its ridiculous.
I am sorry I am talking about the treatment that Melissa.
