Never thought of describing my limbs like jelly, but that definitly fits often. Sometimes for me gentle stretching helps with that. As for the brain not being right, if you mean really foggy and can't think right, unfortunately that is a pretty common thing with the fibro. I have that a lot. Not sure what helps, I know if i find myself really foggy, its often because i haven"t slept much, or sometimes not taken in enough water. A lot of times nothing I really do seems to help, then I do my best to be gentle with me, remember its part of fibro which is also part of me and take it slow. Hoping you feel better soon. Sending you gentle healing hugs and prayers.

Hi, @ Julia Messner, @A MyFibroTeam Member. If you mean the "brain fog" or "fibro fog" , there is a way to help with it. These head exercises are so simple. When you wake up in the morning, still lying down in bed, (you can do this with your eyes open or closed), turn your head slightly to the left, hold, count 1,2,3,4,5. Go back to middle. Then turn head slightly to the right, hold, count 1,2,3,4,5. Do these 2 steps 5 - 10X.
At least 5 X on each side. Increase whenever you can. Do these for 2-3 weeks daily.
After the 2-3, add these simple head exercises.
Still lying down, turn head to the left, tilt head slowly down to almost touching your left shoulder. Hold, count. Go back to middle. Turn head to right, slowly tilt head down to almost touching your right shoulder. Do these again 5-10 times. Do all 4 head exercises daily for 1 month or more. When you feel you're ready for the 3rd & 4th exercises, let me know.
If you don't do these exercises daily (so simple), you wouldn't know whether it will help you or not. It's up to you. These are also head exercises that people with vertigo do. It helps also with fibro fog.
As for your other question on falling down, I've messaged you.
I hope you'll try these simple head exercises & see an improvement & be more focused.
Hope this will help.
