Fibro is not an inflammatory disease. Anti-inflammatories help like ibuprofen but it isn't like RA. I pray for the drug companies work on a cure. We deserve it and we're hanging on many many yrs now.

Not sure about best, I take Naproxen and it works excellent for me and I have frbro as well an a broken disk in back

I use 1 tsp. Of Tumeric spice powder & 1 tsp. Ginger spice powder , & warm water with something sweet added to it, eg. honey, sugar or Stevia, it helps for pain & inflammation
