Swelling In Legs :(

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Ottawa, ON

I have bad swelling in my legs. Muscle tightness and twitching. The swelling is so bad I'm just wearing leggings. My dr said it isn't water build up.
I'm drinking lots of water and herbal teas for water restriction. Have you found anything natural that helps? Baths and cold foot soaks also not helping

epson salts foot soak helps, but yes, put them up higher than your heart if possible. don't want to strain your heart. buy that's what my cardio told me. not saying everyone should. check with your dr or get a diff if your not satisfied.

I get a lot of swelling in the legs and feet, too! I just have to get off my feet for a day to get it back down. But, sometimes, that doesn't work so I try ice packs! It numbs the pain for a tad!
