I have had a ciugh for years. It feels like I have mucus and have to clear my throat , but nothing is there. It is clesr when the gp checks it. Maybe it is one of the many fibro symptoms.

I get alot of sinus infections 😐 and have a tickly cough with it,ths time i have a permanent taste of salt in my mouth,its horrid!hope u get n ok at the docs 😊

We no doubt have low immunity and are susceptible to everything from weather change to allergens to other people (yeah, I think so--not their fault, they just carry things we don't know they are carrying). This has been one of my first years--yeah, from 1/1/17 to present--for cold-like junk. Have laryngitis for the 4th time since March + it usually lasts close to 3 weeks. Keeping you + the rest of us with this issue in my prayers.

It seems to me the way the atmosphere in the world is now that we are getting more impurities in our system. I have had sinusitis for a long time comes and goes a lot of mucus comes and goes. Try a saline spray for your nose seems to help and not any other meds in your system. It will clean out your sinuses and give you some breathing space. I have it alot . I just get rid of it and then it's back . It's so annoying and makes u feel so rough .. hope u feel better soon
