I tried the elimination diet...it was expensive, I lost 15 pounds (I couldn't afford to lose) all it did was give me a horrible stomach ache ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ I did find out increasing fruits and vegetables is not good for everyone. My stomach did not like it at all, some people can not digest fresh fruit and vegetables...mine is one of the stomachs. They have to be cooked or steamed first

Sure. I try to stay away from processed foods. I prefer non-GMO if I can get it, but it's hard to. I only eat organic grains because pesticides are so high on regular ones. Cheerios are the worst: they are the highest for a pesticide called Round-Up put out by Monsanto that is harmful to the brain. I used to eat them all the time. I became lactose intolerant so I drink lactose-free milk. I've cut down drastically on sugar. I won't eat red meat. I love green veggies, low-gylcemic fruit, extra-virgin olive oil, nuts, avocados (in moderation), herbs, garlic, tomatoes, eggs in moderation, and supplements.

I was told to stay away from caffeine but I can't. Coffee is the only thing that manages to relax me a little bit.

I do many similar this as above. What u put in your body can be your best friend or worst enemy. I try to keep inflammation down by using lemon infused water or orange infused water. Also blue berries and pineapple are anti inflammatory. Stay away from inflammation promoting foods. Processed foods mostly, and high sugar content foods.

Sugar and pork is a trigger for me. Sugar is instant and pork is the next day
