Usually its my hands and especially feet that are freezing and the rest of my body is hot. But the biggest problem I think is never being able to be comfortable for any length of time. Always either too hot, or too cold. Does anyone have any suggestions to help this problem?

Members strongly related to the struggle of regulating body temperature, sharing the frustrating experience of having freezing hands and feet while the rest of their body feels overheated. Several members described creative coping strategies including layering clothing for easy adjustment throughout the day, using fans and heating pads simultaneously, keeping electric blankets on year-round while running air conditioning, and wearing tank tops with socks or throws on their feet to manage conflicting temperature needs in different body parts. A recurring theme was the unpredictability and discomfort of never finding a comfortable middle ground, with many members experiencing heightened sensitivity during weather changes, after showers, or when stressed or in pain.

In Winter my hands are like blocks of ice and in Summer I always feel uncomfortably hot - so Spring and Autumn are my best seasons.

I have this problem all the time. I am usually way too cold and cannot warm up, But lately I have been having a lot of hot flashes. I sleep with a heating pad for pain and to keep me warm, as well as 2 fans in case i get over heated. A very strange combo for sure but it seems to work for me
