I recently started taking vitamin D because my levels were low. It has been 3 weeks now and I find a big difference in my pain. Also less tired when I'm awake. Still need to nap during the day but at least alert and not dragging myself when awake. Never would have thought a vitamin deficiency could impact the level of pain so much. You might want to get blood work done to check your levels.
Magnesium oil has helpediatrician too.
Epsom salt baths are amazing for the pain I would suggest u read up online what Epsom salts can do your be amazed
My daughter is 13 so the doctors won't prescribe her pain meds. We use Epsom salt in a warm bath. We also use Arnica from the health food store. It's a topical cream that's herbal. We also give her Tylenol arthritis (even though she doesn't have arthritis).
Do some research on CBD oil. It works for some, somewhat for others, and not all for yet some others. It's a bit expensive, but worth trying.
