You can try transdermal magnesium spray and also nettle tea and soup these are both natural ways to manage pain and you don't need to see a doctor to try them
Hi Yvette!! I don't know about your state but in our state doctors really can't manage chronic pain anymore. You have to go to a pain management doctor and jump through all of their hoops before they will provide you pain medication. They will, it just takes some time to get through their process. You have your initial appointment that includes a urine test. Then you have to get an appointment with their physical therapist. Then you have to take a psychological test and meet with their psychologist. Then you make an appointment to go back and talk about your treatment plan. Then you have another appointment and get your pain medication.
I almost want to laugh because it's so crazy. But I mostly want to cry because so many people need help and they make it so hard to get that help.
Please let me know how your doctor appointment went. I know you have waited so long for this. Thinking of you always!

You should definitely discuss your pain with your doctor. You may also ask if he/she thinks it is time for you to see a pain specialist. They have therapies available that your private physician doesn't. There are also pain clinics which teach you techniques such as relaxation and exercise to help cope with the pain. I still use the things I learned at the pain clinic I went to.
600 magnesium and 800 malic acid
@A MyFibroTeam Member thanks for the information. I have changed to organic and non GMO as well. I love vegetables and could really do without meat except for a cheeseburger( I love cheeseburgers)! I have not found that milk products affect me so I eat Oikos Greek yogurt with all kinds of fruit and walnuts. I read that wine is pretty good for you but it gives me a migraine so I do the herbal tea thing. Just wondered...I read that Two Old Goats lotion is good... I use magnesium spray and take Chelates Magnesium every day...how many mg do you take? Magnesium, I mean. 🌺🌺🌺
