Members enthusiastically shared their experiences with aloe vera for fibromyalgia, with many confirming it works well for burns, cuts, scrapes, and skin issues, though opinions varied on its effectiveness for fibro pain specifically. Several members offered practical suggestions, including drinking aloe vera gel daily (one member reported being painkiller-free since October), juicing large stalks through an extractor, using aloe-based lotions, and combining treatments with Epsom salt baths rich in magnesium for muscle cramping. A recurring theme was the willingness to experiment with natural remedies, the importance of consulting with doctors before trying new approaches, and appreciation for the plant's versatile healing properties beyond fibromyalgia symptoms.

Try soaking in a hot tub with Epson salt and I also use baby calming bath lotion.

If you have large stalks you could put it through a juice extractor.

I tried it but didn't find much of a difference. But many natural nutritionists recommend it.
