Has anyone else heard of or used pyramid pillows.
They were designed by a chiropractor to support the neck and head and give a better night's sleep. I brought a pair off eBay a couple of weeks ago and I love them. They work for me. I am sleeping a lot better and more in one place. I'd be interested to know other people's opinions

Members enthusiastically shared their experiences with pyramid pillows designed by a chiropractor to support the neck and head, with several reporting better sleep, reduced morning headaches, and less tension in the neck and shoulders. Many members also discussed alternatives they've found helpful, including My Pillow, water pillows, full body pillows, bolster cushions, and even sleeping propped up with multiple pillows to manage pain. A recurring theme was the willingness to try affordable solutions and give new pillows at least a week to adjust, with members expressing gratitude for the practical suggestions and support from the community.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Hi..a pyramid pillow is a normal shaped pillow that goes in a normal pillow case. It is not triangle shaped. It was designed by Dr twiner a chiropractor to support the head and neck and relieve stress as you sleep..it does work. I wake up not so tense and you haven't got to sleep on your back either. They are quite nice to cuddle into as well..just takes a few days to get used to them. I love mine.

yes I have used pyramid pillows for quite awhile now, find them very helpful, also I have bought a full body one, so you can lay with it, and get some comfort, for the rest of your body xx ivy

@diagnisisdecember2016 yes that is the one..I don't sleep on my back either so yes..give it a try. For the money definitely worth it. You need to give it at least a week to get used to it. I bought mine from eBay. I bought a pack of 4 I had 2 and my sister had 2. She has spondulitis and they work for her too.
