Robaxin/Methadone. Wish my answer was different, but am glad that it IS different than 1 year ago (and the last 3 yrs before)
But also Naproxen 500 helps. Anne lidocaine patches are amazing if there is a spot the pain is worse.

Talk to your pharmacist and doctor. They should know if you are using anything with the Tramadol.
