Hi folks! Wanted to share my experiences with a company named Wellness Product. They offer a free trial of CBD tinctures and capsules. Cancelled my subscription in time, and found out that they had taken$79.95 out of my account. When I called them to complain, they told me that the only way I could get a full refund, I would have to ship back the unopened products, for a shipping total of $11.90. They told me that the best they could do was send a 50% refund. Guess it was free to look at the bottles and then ship them back. Have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Arizona, where the company is located, and with the U.S Attorney General, as well as my bank, who has been wonderful about this. According to my bank and the U.S. Attorney, this is a form of advertising scam that aims to prey on people in pain and on limited budgets. Please be careful. Am fighting to have this company either fined heavily or put out of business. Can't Imagine the mentality behind this, but it considered a scam by all 3 agencies I've contacted, so please be extra careful about. "Free trials" of anything. The bank has been wonderful and refunded my money , called it a dispute issue they were sure I'd win, so all is well now. Just wanted to warn people so they wouldn't get ripped off. Drives me beserk!w

Am sorry this happened to you, Terri. Have never run from a fight, and have even gotten a teacher fired for how she treated my daughter. Will keep fighting for the possible victims, because it's just the right thing to do they have refused to communicate with either the Arizona BBB or the US Attorney General, just to bring you up to date. Not surprising, and they may go underground and surface with a new name. Wish you soft gentle hugs, peace, joy, and positive healing energy! Take care of yourself, please!

A while back I had something bad happen with a trial online purchase and they kept trying to get money out of my account I had to close all my accounts and change my bank cards to have it finally stop. I no longer purchase anything online any more. Too many scams and cheats.

OH PLEASE ! these scum bags have been around for as long as people have been ill ! oh they try and get cancer pt's because when people hear the word cancer and the DR say's oh you have such an such a time left ,they will try any thing and these scum bags make and say things about cures and prolongs ! but they are smart the wording in there ads makes it just barley legal ! or they will hit and run and go under a different name ! i mean i am not a stupid person , not saying anyone on here is , but lets face it when we are in a flair up we will try anything if they said drink bleach and it would cure up the flare up i thank we would try it ! (using bleach as an example ) ! but if that med worked they would not be putting it on the computer they would be selling it to a pharmacy and making much more money ! So yes guy's be careful about these ad's ,as I LOVE & CARE for each and everyone of you ! And i hate to see any one of you hurt,it makes me hurt and cry for all !
