My Rheumatologist has me taking:
A good multi - vitamin
Magnesium Citrate 500mg
Tumeric
Vitamin D 5,000 units
Omega 3, 3,000mg
Nothing I take, vitamins, medication seem to help much but I am sure my body appreciates the extra help.
Keeping our vit d levels up is very important..at one point i thought my fibro was getting worse..but it was my vitamin d being too low,
Magnesium and malic acid,
I use curamed(turmeric), this helps with stiffness
Vit c
Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin E and a multi Vitamin. At one point I felt they were not helping, was frustrated with how many pills I was taking daily and felt it was just taxing my funds. Stopped taking them and noticed a big difference. I think the ones I benefit from the most is the Magnesium. Seems to help w/ the RLS, spasms and muscle aches. And, vitamin D. When D levels are low the fatigue is worse.
Hope this helps.
Vitamin B Complex, Magnesium, Turmeric I find beneficial - Vit B and Magnesium help support the nervous system. Dealing with so much regular pain creates anxiety so these supplements go some way to helping keep it under control.🌻
Wish they helped but so far nothing
Been taking..
calcium and magnesium
Omega 3s
Omega 6s
B12
B complex
Cq10
Milk thistle
Black choosh
Can't say any have been of help
