When I take vitamins, it makes me dizzy and very nauseous. I wasn't sure if anyone else has experience this.
I was thinking about trying a meal replacement shake, that is packed with vitamins.
Wasn't sure if anyone else has any other recommendations.

Members shared their experiences with vitamin-related nausea and dizziness, with many emphasizing the importance of taking vitamins during meals rather than on an empty stomach to reduce discomfort. Several members offered alternative approaches, including switching brands, trying probiotics or Greek yogurt for gut health, exploring meal replacement shakes (which one member found dramatically improved energy and reduced pain), and being mindful of possible reactions to pill coatings or dyes. A recurring theme was the value of experimentation and self-advocacy, as individual responses to supplements vary widely, with some members finding relief by stopping certain vitamins altogether while others discovered success through timing, formulation, or natural food-based alternatives.

Vitamin. Hi I will have to tell you when I started doing 2 meal replacement shakes a day , after about a month I felt amazing...little to no pain, energy, and bets thing no meds , everything I do is all natural.

Read a post in the last few days about Vitamin D, but can't find it now. Mine is low, but not abnormal, also B12. Have been in a flare that has lasted 6 or 7 months. Particularly bad in one hip with pain down to knee. The post I read said the person had gotten off D and found that pain level went down. I got off D, B12, calcium, and lowered dose of coQ10. Felt better next day. In three days, spasms all over body relaxed. I am wondering if some of us respond badly to some of the inert ingredients in pills.

I would compare what your vitamins are to what you are getting in the shakes..you may be taking in too many of the same.

You shouldn't ever take any medication or oral pills without something on your stomach 1st... A piece of bread or something.

Yes I had this as well. I tried a couple of different brands before I found one that did not make me feel horrid
