Members shared a wide variety of vitamins and supplements they take for fibromyalgia, with Vitamin D, magnesium, B complex, and turmeric emerging as the most commonly mentioned options, often recommended by rheumatologists to support the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and address deficiencies that can worsen fatigue and pain. Several members described feeling a noticeable difference when their Vitamin D levels were optimized or when they added magnesium for restless leg syndrome, muscle spasms, and aches, while others noted that turmeric helped with joint stiffness when using bioavailable forms. A recurring theme was the mixed results and personal trial and error required, with some members feeling genuine relief and others seeing little benefit despite taking multiple supplements daily.

My Rheumatologist has me taking:
A good multi - vitamin
Magnesium Citrate 500mg
Tumeric
Vitamin D 5,000 units
Omega 3, 3,000mg

Nothing I take, vitamins, medication seem to help much but I am sure my body appreciates the extra help.

Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin E and a multi Vitamin. At one point I felt they were not helping, was frustrated with how many pills I was taking daily and felt it was just taxing my funds. Stopped taking them and noticed a big difference. I think the ones I benefit from the most is the Magnesium. Seems to help w/ the RLS, spasms and muscle aches. And, vitamin D. When D levels are low the fatigue is worse.

Hope this helps.

Vitamin B Complex, Magnesium, Turmeric I find beneficial - Vit B and Magnesium help support the nervous system. Dealing with so much regular pain creates anxiety so these supplements go some way to helping keep it under control.🌻
