Yes, I know exactly what you mean. It's so uncomfortable! For me, the only thing that helps that particular symptom is Tylenol. For some reason it helps more than tramadol and Neurontin for skin discomfort. Hope this helps!
I have it also some days I can't wear normal clothes because them rubbing against my skin makes it burn more. I've started wearing long flowing dresses and really soft leggings.
I take meds for mine but it dont help this and no u not imagining it
