Yes yes and yes .... my feet are the worst... and painful to walk on even the following morning ...sorry but apart from hanging my feet out the bed all night I don't how else to deal with it ... dr hasn't advised nothing apart from cutting my hours at work

I get the feeling that my hands are on fire sometimes too and it happens at the randomest times, sometimes I run to the bathroom to put them under cold water because I feel like I just have to, it helps for a second and then it just makes it worse and I have to take my hands out immediately. I also get it in my feet too. I can be freezing in bed trying to sleep and I have to immediately take any socks off or just try and deal with it. My hands are usually quite warm too when it happens. Its so weird and it feels horrible.

Sometimes my feet feel like they're on fire. I notice it when I go to bed, It doesn't matter what the temperature is, In fact, they feel cold to the touch. Weird.

Oh yeah...lotsa burning, scalding sensations in my feet making it difficult to walk. I got some snazzy compression socks to wear and they help. They are for plantar fasciitis but help with fibro pain. ( At least they help me!). Look on line...$15.00 a pair. Mine are by a company named NAK and they come in fun colors to lighten you mood! 🤓

yes, I have hot burning feet, warm hands. the dr says its the nerves in the feet and poor circulation. kinda like diabetic nerve pain.
