I wake up in the middle of the night every night having muscle spasms. They start in my toes and work all the way up to my neck and arms. Everyone of my doctors blame it on fibro. Drink plenty of water (92 ounces) a day, and I have found if I eat a banana just before bed it helps
Gentle hugs!

Also if you are not on potassium and magnesium I suggest you start on that as it really does help the muscles. It takes a good two weeks to fully kick in

"Natural Calm" magnesium supplement helps a little with muscle spasm and tightness plus it helps with sleep.
