I tried in 2000 denied 2004 denied 2005 2008 all denied 2013 no answer moved to Oklahoma march of 2013 received it by Dec 2013 moved back to Oregon in 2016 1/2017 was put from SSI TO SSD screwed me all up to I was denied medicaid/ medicare to OHP now I can't get Dental, medical rides or mental care???? What's to come now With trump? Anxiety is off the Wall God Bless

No if your covered under FMLA ... but.... they will and did find something else petty on me and did fire me for missing more days... so I applied for disability in march and still waiting to hear... and already have attorney lined up if denied.

Isn't SS federal? Why is SS disability different in every state? If it's federal it should be the same in every state? How can one state approve then if you move to another state you get denied??? That's bull crap!

If it is Social Security Disability it should be the same across the whole US. Sometimes people are put on Medicaid and that is different from state to state. Disability from your work would be different from one work place to another. The Family Medical Leave Act helps to cover people with chronic conditions but there are restrictions, like how many people are employed. So it is the alphabet soup of confusion.
