Members discussed experiences with Theracurmin, a supplement prescribed to reduce inflammation, with one member sharing early positive results including improved hand pain and possibly better vision after just one day. Several members emphasized the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric, ginger, tart cherry, and other natural supplements for managing pain and symptoms related to arthritis and other conditions. A recurring theme was the trial-and-error nature of supplement regimens, with members balancing hope for relief against the challenge of managing many different pills and treatments at once.

We have it here in Oz.... It's an anti-inflammatory . Another good one is Tart Cherry supp.
Tumeric, garlic and cherry are all great and natural.

So theracurcumen reduces the tumereric to nanoparticles so it can be absorbed. It's not as expensive as the ubiquinol but still pricey. Hopefully it helps. Doc said it might help my vision! That would be awesome:)

I know, Kaye, I'm on so many supplements! Some of them I haven't even heard of and I kinda thought I knew a bit about supplements. Clearly I don't. And spirit walker he's treating inflammation with this, I think. Surely not the cause but between my arthritis, ibs and goodness knows what else, he's trying to help me with symptoms. He says patients rave about the relief they get. Do, sigh, another pill! Lol
