My Nerologyst's practice partner is also a pain management guy. I don't know if they take your insurance, but almost no one takes mine (Molina) so maybe these guys will take yours as well? Sorry I don't know the other doc's name but whoever Usha Aryal has as her partner is who you need. They are with the Cypress-Fairbanks medical center. It isn't exactly in spring, closer to Katy area of 1960 but you might want to give them a try?
