Hi. I'm not just talking about fibro pain, last 3 weeks had pain in left hip and side is sensitive to touch, but also my Cat Bella was mauled and killed by 3 dog's on 8th of june and j am struggling to cope. All I do is cry, my heart is breaking she was my baby. How do o pull myself out and get a lil bit happier? Xx

Gemma, so sorry for your troubles. When I am going thru hard times I try to have distractions ready. Audiobooks have got me thru some hard times. The rawness that comes with losing a pet, especially traumatically, takes time to heal over a bit. Find things that will fill time, pleasantly and then, in a while...maybe you'll feel a tiny bit better
@A MyFibroTeam Member's Mom - Oh Honey I know the feeling. Get another one right away. When my first cat named "Nike" had to be put down - -I got one that looked exactly like him and we named him :Nike#2. In so many way this cat is so similar to the first one. Right now he is 10 yrs. ld next month but - -since my husband's death - -this cat has been such a help. Just before my husband died we took the cat to the Nursing Home and when we were living my daughter took a picture of him kissing my husband right on the nose.
I would definitely get one right away. Not a dog because they have to be taken out - -but a cat is less trouble. Don't wait - - get one that looked like Bella.
There is a pet Heaven - - I'm serious - - I believe it is in the Book of Corinthians either Book 1 or Book 2.
They will know us when we get to Heaven by our voices.

Get out of the house. And go to animal shelter. Look at all the dogs. They may have what you want or Foster out a dog for awhile. I think this would help.
I have done this. I know have a dog that was running on the street full of fleas. He is so love able to my daughter and I. Also is good with my grandkids. He is protective if us
He's trying to protect us. He has changed a lot since 2014
