Members connected over the shared experience of severe neck pain and stiffness in fibromyalgia, with many describing having to turn their whole body instead of just their head and some experiencing related symptoms like ringing in the ears and migraines. Several members shared practical relief strategies including self-massage with devices like the Pure-wave massager, heating pads and electric blankets, gentle stretching, chiropractic care, and taking breaks before pain escalates. A recurring theme was learning to pace daily activities differently, like spreading housework across multiple days or cooking meals earlier in the day, and creating personal rest spaces to manage flare-ups before they become overwhelming.

Always have a sore, stiff neck but around that area was the original problem for me that started my Fibro. I sure wish I could afford a car with back up warnings and a camera so it would make driving a lot easier!!
