Does anyone have the feeling like their back is going to snap in half? If so, is there anything that gives you relief?

This was how everything I have started........several temporary procedures but nothing lasting more than a year.mine,s degenerative discs and nerves.good luck x

Thank you all for your responses. I have tried everything, but the TENS Unit. Mine was very old and I gave it to my friend for her daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. I felt she needed it more than I did. Thanks all for reminding me of that one. I might see if my friend or her daughter are using it and get it back. I alternate ice with heat. I thank you all for your prayers and suggestions. May we all have pain free days! Keep on keeping on. God bless you all.

@A MyFibroTeam Member - I experience the same pain that you have described. I bought, OTC the Icy Hot medicated patch, I buy the XL back - - you can cut in in different sizes to alleviate your back pain. It feels so good. It almost feels like a cold pack at first. It does give great relief.!!!

As I said - - I buy the Extra Strength, Extra Large and cut it into strips to apply on my neck, shoulder blades and my back.

I pray you will have great results with it..

I was given a portable tens unit by my pain management doctor a few years ago. It's been a life saver. It interrupts the pain signals from my nerves and buys me some relief.
