Nausea Medicine
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been on many nausea medications and there are some I can't take due adverse effects like maxaram. I get pretty serious nausea and vomiting almost everyday and zofran just takes the edge off. Does anyone know something that'll help better? I've changed my diet ginger doesn't work none of the conventional things work.

I haven't tried that but mint helps a lil only when the nausea's low :)

As of right now I'm only on zofran and gravol and advil. (Hardly does anything).I did have more nausea when I was one all the pills I was. My drs are fully aware of my nausea and have brushed me off saying it's just IBS and fibromyalgia, I am now Looking into new things for the cause now that I know that it's not normal for fibro thanks too all you lovely people who have responded to my question. :D

Take a real good look at all the medications that you were on. How many have side effects of nausea. I bet you there's a couple. Tell your doctor that you're nauseated and that you can't be on that medication and he will find another one for you. It took me six months to figure out I was allergic to my pain medication and they all belong to the same family. Good luck. 🍫❤️B

I have done 3 different dietary changes and dairy does make it worse along with farty foods so I've stopped having them altogether. What syrup do you use? I think it had to do with my stomach acid too I also do not have a gall bladder so that contributes to it. I'm gunna try that drink hopefully it helps :) thanks for your tips guys I really appreciate it.
