SpiritWalker, I love your answers and obvious research! Thank you. That being said, I'm sure they are all related. Autoimmune diseases, IBS, sweats, fog... I often overlook that they are connected since there so many issues with Fibro. This site is very helpful just knowing I'm not crazy and that many others suffer the same things. The tummy pain and cramping stinks. Gentle Hugs, Dear.
I feel sick after eating but sick if I don't. Can't win. I've reduce the amount I eat for a meal and then have a few small snacks of fruit between. It seems to be helping a little I think either that or I'm getting use to it now as it's been 18 months like this x
i suffer regularly with upset tum x
it happens with anything from salad to a sunday roast x
Yes it is common this is why I take zophran for nausea and digestion issues
Yep, I get the same, my Doctor said it was something called functional bowel disorder and the actual functioning of the digestive system was causing my stomach area to flare with pain :/ and along with everyone else, i'm damned if I do eat and damned if I don't but smaller meals more often help me, also easily digestible foods (google Fodmap diet) can help. Good luck and I hope things ease for you soon
