I do sometimes. I can be sitting at the computer or standing on our balcony when it happens. Not doing anything in particular and I become aware that I am not able to breathe properly. I am taking very shallow breaths. It feels hard to breath. Sounds kind of silly but when I splash cold water on my face I can breath easier. It works for me.
