Osteoarthritis As Well As Fybro

Hi does anyonenm else have osteoarthritis as well as Fybromalgia , if so do you get swelling anywhere. I seem to be getting it just under knee caps to the inside leg and my ankles Thanx 😪If so how do you coped with it . I'm really struggling getting up and down stairs which is not good as my sitting room is upstairs so am on stairs all day long xxx

I am always having problems with my knees but not my ankles.. I usually have to prop my knees up in the afternoon. my bathroom is upstairs so I understand how you have to be on steps all day because I do also.

we have stairs too...bad leg first going down, good leg up. i have several canes, one is four footed and is great for leverage when getting up. it is hard to cope with both but i use a knee brace from time to time, have had PT, steriod injections have helped, short termed, but some have longer success.

iv both on medication, and blood tests every 2 weeks
