Anyone get wierd head feeling, like feels heavy at the top of ur head

I do sometimes. Also I get this burning pain on my scalp and itchy spots . Do you have this?
Do any of you get pain at the base of the skull/top of the neck that radiates up and across your head. My head feels like it will fall off.
