I have a question, has anybody else experienced a strange sensation only on the right side of the body? Mostly on the right hip-leg. I feel as if circulation were not flowing, my leg feels heavy and sometimes hot. It only happens on my right side, sometimes the arm feels weak too.
I have been diagnosed with sacro iliac joint dysfunction on the right side, so I think it may be related to that.
Thanks and I send you all good energy for the day!

Members connected over experiencing strange sensations concentrated on one side of the body, with many sharing that their fibromyalgia symptoms started on one side before eventually spreading to the other over time. Several members recommended specific interventions that brought them relief, including SI joint injections, trigger point therapy for hip pain, physical therapy, and brain or MRI scans to rule out other conditions like nerve damage or structural issues. A recurring theme was the importance of advocating persistently for proper diagnosis, tracking pain patterns to identify triggers, and not dismissing symptoms even when doctors are skeptical or unhelpful.

I was diagnosed with Fibro 20 years ago by a Neurologist, and it started on my right side. After about 6 years, it started on the left side as well. From what I've read, that seems to be pretty normal. Good luck.

JimenaDaniela I'm sorry I haven't replied. I had an MRI scan as well as X-rays and it was then it showed up. Everything else has been diagnosed after that. Except Eczema and IBS I was diagnosed with them younger x

Get some deep work done on your hips in particular. My hips can be quite numb but also hugely painful with trigger points. I find it changes completely with trigger point work.
