Just looking for more natural ways to fight fatigue.

Things I'm working on now:

Avoid gluten
Avoid dairy
Drink more water
Drink less soda
Less processed foods
Sneak spices when possible
Turmeric, cinnamonb cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, Ginger, lemon, honey.

I'm researching more into maintaining a balanced oh level in the body.

Any suggestions for detoxing?

With having such an improvement with the no gluten, I am really motivated to change my diet and supplements.

Members shared their most effective dietary and lifestyle changes for managing fatigue, with gluten elimination standing out as the single most impactful shift for many, leading to noticeable improvements in pain, brain fog, digestive issues, and energy levels within days to a week. Several members recommended practical additions like drinking alkaline water, taking magnesium and vitamin D supplements, consuming whole foods and fresh produce, staying hydrated while eliminating soda, and incorporating apple cider vinegar or turmeric into daily routines. A recurring theme was finding sustainable balance rather than deprivation, accepting that progress takes time and self-compassion, and recognizing that even small dietary missteps can quickly reverse hard-won gains.

I hear the turmeric works well but I've been drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. It has a lot of health benefits such as, weight loss, indigestion, etc...

I was educated about how ph impacts our health and I am definitely very acidic. A friend of mine wrote an article about how cancer cells cannot thrive in an alkaline environment when his wife was dx with breast cancer. I started looking into ways to change my ph. I started with water since that's so critical and now only drink Essentia water. It has a PH of 9.5 or higher. I order it in bulk through Amazon.

I have tried all the listed remedies too. Gluten free has made the biggest difference. I think just being generally healthy goes a long way . At some point I had to accept this may be the best I can be and that's OK too- just adjusting

To be very honest, drink no soda.. the smallest amount can make a huge difference.

It took a while, about a week, to start noticing. But that was because I was still eating a little gluten hear and there. If I accidentally get some gluten it seems to take a few days to get out of my system.

It seems that with gluten, I get fatigue, brain fog, and constipation. The constipation lessened noticeably. After a while of staying away from it, one day I was really craving dominoes pizza, so I had 3 or 4 slices within 24 hours.

Within a day I was sluggish and foggy. But the thing that settled it for me was again the horrible constipation. Sharp stabing pains in my abdomen.

It is definitely leading me to look more carefully at my diet and be more careful of what I put in my body.
