I have been on 10mg a night for over 6 months. I wanted to stop taking it as I was feeling awful in the morning and during the day. So I stopped taking it and have had worse sleep without it.
Well what can I say? Damned if I take it and damned if I don't.
I was taking it late at night though so this wasn't helping.
I have been to see a GP today who advised to not stop taking it but to take it as early as 6pm as it takes up to 14 hours to not feel the affects.
I hate to take it but sleep without it has been much worse.
I just don't want to take it anymore either but have limited other options right now.
Try not to worry about weight gain, if you put together a diet plan right for you and follow nutrition guides you should be fine, especially on just 10mg a night.

Wow thanks ladies!!!! It's such a tough decision on what kind of chemical to put in our bodies. I really don't want to take Anything but my pain has been really bad this last while :( . My dr is starting me on 10 mg for now. Still haven't decided! I'm really afraid of weight gain.

It worked for me at the very beginning and I mean 15 years ago but as my illness progressed it wasn't working however it doesn't hurt to take it and it might help you sleep better good luck!! Soft hugs and prayers 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤗🤗
