So many people talk about having "flare ups". I have had Fibro for 17 years and the last 7-8 years it's like I have a "flare up" 24/7! It never stops. Yes it gets worse but never do I have a "good" day. Anyone else have this all the time with NO good days??

I've had fibro for 28 years now. The last 8 years have been worse and I feel like I'm having flares 24/7 as you said. When we try so hard to find something to help the pain and fatigue takes you down and doesn't let up. I used to have some good days but it was years ago. This disease is relentless. Take care, hope you have a better day soon.
I do not have any good day either I don't know how long I have had it it has been really bad the last couple of years I have had Ibs for twenty five or thirty thirty years I have gerd for years now I have diverticulitis so no there are no good days
Yes. All the time for the last 26 yrs. It started after a car wreck. I had whiplash from the wreck and the next day I started having fibro.
ElaineBattista i have stretches at time where i'm like that more often than not i wish i knew what started it all off. I wouldn't say i have good days just days where the pain is a little more bearable in a way
Same for me since I was involved in a car accident 9 years ago
