So many people talk about having "flare ups". I have had Fibro for 17 years and the last 7-8 years it's like I have a "flare up" 24/7! It never stops. Yes it gets worse but never do I have a "good" day. Anyone else have this all the time with NO good days??

Members deeply connected over the shared reality of living with fibromyalgia without any truly good days, with many describing constant pain that has persisted for decades, often worsening after car accidents or whiplash injuries. Several members shared the emotional toll of this relentless condition, including feelings of isolation, frustration with others who minimize their suffering, and the mental health strain of questioning their purpose when pain never stops. A recurring theme was gratitude for community understanding, finding hope in small victories like slightly more bearable days or new treatments such as hormone replacement, and leaning on faith and family to keep going.

I've had fibro for 28 years now. The last 8 years have been worse and I feel like I'm having flares 24/7 as you said. When we try so hard to find something to help the pain and fatigue takes you down and doesn't let up. I used to have some good days but it was years ago. This disease is relentless. Take care, hope you have a better day soon.

Yes. All the time for the last 26 yrs. It started after a car wreck. I had whiplash from the wreck and the next day I started having fibro.

ElaineBattista i have stretches at time where i'm like that more often than not i wish i knew what started it all off. I wouldn't say i have good days just days where the pain is a little more bearable in a way
