I put my electric blanket on. I love it on my legs. The thing is I've got one you can leave on all through the night, forget to turn it off after a while and then wake up sweating in the night!! It's nice to jump/get into on a cold night though, plus my Staffie sleeps with me. I think he knows about my legs hurting as he always deeps by them, he also likes to get down the bed to keep me warm! Best dog/companion for my fibromyalgia. Always with me following me, I think he thinks he's human!
I have a little yorkie just holding her makes me feel a little better!!!! Also just reading stories from this site seems to make me feel a little better not that I wish anyone the pain!!!
Yes my legs are always freezing even in the summer! I do have thyroid issues too though! Nice blanket wrapped around them to keep them warm. I even have a thick blanket on my bed on top of my duvet and it's meant to be Summer time!!
Mine do that too. Even after a hot shower I'll get in bed and my bottom, thighs and feet feel like ice.
Yes, am cold all the time and have experienced that sensation. Also, feelings of pins being stuck in my legs. Don't know if fibro or MS in my case.
