Spinal Fusion
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone crack their spinal fusion? Or every heard of someone cracking the fusion. I think I cracked mine, I was walking and I step into a pothole and heard a Big Crunch. The pain is unbearable and my pain meds aren't working nothing helps. Going to the Drs tomorrow to get some scans done.

I am sorry to hear your pain. I have metal in my foot but not my spine. I think on a full stomach you shou take NSAID. Aleve, Motrin 600 or 800 mgs. See the doctor immediately. Ice it too.

Feel better. Keep me posted. You see helping the inflamaion is key however not sure if it did break there could be additional inpingments, nerve damage and a whole bunch of scenarios.

Try to stay calm and uderstading of what your body is telling you.
