@A MyFibroTeam Member I saw research recently that advocates all sufferers of fibromyalgia should be kept in the upper range of normal thyroid levels. This said that just being within the normal range was not enough.
I don't agree with this as fibro is not an autoimmine disease. I would say it's more stress related.. stress can cause so much damage, and the thyroid relies on us being balanced.

I sure do, Janet. Am taking Armour Thyroid. I know my doc hoped some of the schiness and fatigue would let up but it has not.
What do you do about taking the med and not having calcium for 4 hrs?
