There's activities scheduled for much of the week in addition to doctors appointments and other to-do lists. Know your limits. Don't over book yourself. Find time to have a wooosaaaaa but still have energy to make it to your events. On busy weeks I have to break it down to one day at a time. If I look at the whole week I will crash. It's like my brain processes it as immediate stress or anxiety.
A wheat sac is made from a small piece of material about 40 by 18 centimeters fill with wheat and you place in microwave for about 3-4 minutes depending on strength of microwave with a glass of water to give a little steam and stops the bag bursting. I use mine all the time, I probably heat mine about 10-18 times a day very soothing. I have one at my back right now. If I have trouble sleeping ( which is most nights) I am up heating my sack at least five times. I do hope this is helpful.
Hi there, I mean to say when telling you how to make the heat sacs just add about one cup of wheat, and the sac should stay warm for about 1-2 hours. I can't do without mine even before I go out in the car I heat up my sac.
I feel you. We have several events this weekend, including hosting. I try to 'let go' of some of my need to have it all 'perfect', I take breaks and I ask for help! People bring stuff and my husband helps clean up. Worse come to worse, I take a break when people are at the house. Sometimes I just need a few moments of quiet and rest to recoup
Goodluck!!!
First and formost prayer is essential. Pray about your honey and let God hold your hand and guide you. He will show what He wants you to do each day. When He says enough, time to rest; then enough and rest my sister in Christ Jesus. He doesn't want us pushing ourselves past our limits. Only do what your body can handle and that's it. If your family can't understand, then also pray they will understand. My sweet sister...take one day at a time love! I'm praying for you honey! Gentle hugs! XOXO ♡♥♡♥
