What To Eat And Drink
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Okay, I just started to change my life style. Could some of you guys please help me? I was wondering what foods and beverages to avoid to help with avoiding flare ups?

For me, hot spicy foods will trigger a flare.

Nutritionists say limit intake of sugar and white carbs...pasta, potato, rice, white bread.

Increase intake of veggies, fruits, nuts, beans, whole wheat items.

Skip the soda, regular or diet. Splenda is fine. I do lemon water or green tea. You can also get that water enhancer concentrate with splenda in it.
