I am researching places to go on vacation looking at accomendations and figuring out dates that are available. The planning process is exhausting I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth it and questioning myself about having any energy to enjoy a vacation! The fibro fog is not helping! @A MyFibroTeam Member I hope you can get a break or get to slow down a bit. It's very frustrating when we try to explain how much it takes to do the mental stuff. Also, explaining the issue puts on more stress which is another day added to the recovery time! hugs
Staring at computer screen too long can cause a headache, eye strain. Yes, overthinking and worrying can cause a flare.
Use a travel agent. They get paid by the resort or the company they work for. If I tried to work through it my head would have exploded. Just double check with the agent as to how they get paid. โ๏ธ๐

My last vacation was very relaxing and I didn't have any flares the whole time that we were gone!! Stress will give a flare.
