Does others have constant flares? My Dr said yes but my pain clinic said it's more good days and bad and that symptoms usually come and go? I seem to have been badly for the last 9 months ! Not one good day have I had..I like to think I have a high pain threshold and don't whinge at the usual pains but I just cannot soldier on anymore and have been this way for months on end ..I used to get days where I was in pain but could cope with it whereas now everyday is a constant struggle.
Yes I have found out that my flares are few and far between but this doesn't mean I am pain free on other days just means some days are worse but given this I do have 1 to 3 days a year when I am completely pain free I have learned to take those special days with joy because tomorrow will be a new day and who know what it will bring take each day as it comes also be your own advocate I am always researching other ideas and have found out some very important things that work for me Keep soldiering on and listen to your body
@A MyFibroTeam Member awww bless you. I used to get goodish days but I've had nothing but hell these past few months..I think I need a whole new team of Dr's around me as some of them don't take me serious..thanks for answering
Been in a constant flare for 30 years- without a break. We will make it one day at a time. I never heard of flares before I came on this site- that people actually get a break sometimes. My pain clinic doctor didn't think it was strange that I have pain 24/7 without flares🌹
I Don't Understand When Ppl Say They're Having A Flare. Are Yall Not In Constant Pain Like I Am? I'm In Pain All The Time!
How Do You All Deal With Flare Ups? Life Has Been Really Stressful. Was Diagnosed With Cancer. Might Have More. Live In Constant Flare.
