Members connected over the frustrating experience of bladder issues during fibromyalgia flare-ups, with many describing constant bathroom trips, difficulty emptying fully, and the challenge of always needing to know where the nearest restroom is located. Several members shared related conditions including interstitial cystitis and IBS that often accompany fibromyalgia, with practical strategies like low-acid diets, organic berry tea, and humor to cope with incontinence concerns. A recurring theme was the profound relief of discovering they weren't alone in this struggle, with members offering encouragement to stop feeling embarrassed and instead embrace self-compassion and community support.

Yes when I wake from a very deep exhausted sleep, especiallt if woken, I am desperate to urinate. I must wait for a rime before I am steady enough to stand and go to toilet. I then find it difficult to pass water and with a strain can release little. Then of course must go again quite soon..

Hi yes I am now incontinent after suffering yrs of water/ kidney infections, but it's mostly because I can't get to the toilet quickly using crutches all the time is a hindrance aswell as an aide. I used to get so embarrassed about it, but now I think all my friends know because I always make a joke of it and am always on about Tenna lady, now I'm fine about it, it very rarely happens. Stress has alot to answer for x I hope this makes you feel better your not alone xx big hugs
