Pain Spots
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Crazy questions. Does anyone else touch a tender spot on thier body and bam it triggers a spot in another part of your body? Or do sometimes you touch a spot and it's very tender, then you say what the heck . You touch the same spot again and there is absolutely no more pain in that spot ??? Thanks for smiling with me when I ask such a strange question!!!🤡🤡🤡

Fibro has many tender points. If we have so many, like 20, that's how we are diagnosed.
Good reads by Dr. Paul St. Amand from Marina Del Rey, CA, will really elucidate the subject of our tender points.
As tough as it is to say, Exercise, that's the best we can do to relieve pain. Light exercise and breathing. Releasing stress and toxins. Best of health! Let

I have spots on my shoulder that if you press on it, it shoots pain right to my temple and behind my eye. I always has a knot in that specific spot. my PT told me those are trigger points, not only are they very sensitive but when massaged or pressed to relieve the knot they trigger a reaction or pain in another area,. We have a lot of trigger points on our bodies because we have fibro. We also have tender points that are used for diagnosing Fibro. These are always in the same spots and hurt anytime you touch them. At least my body is like that. hope this helps.. Gentle hugs and God bless
