I would like to know if people on this website find that reading other people's stories helps validate their own experiences with their Fibromyalgia.

Yes I have learned alot. But most importantly makes me not feel crazy and not alone.

Yes, there are things that happen to me that I think, there is NO WAY this could be possible. Then, boom, somebody else mentions that same symptom. I have learned a lot from my team members.

I find it helpful. As a newbie, it can feel scary to experience this. So hearing other peoples stories, especially when there are similarities to my own, gives me a sense of calm.
